Send us the job: quantities, drawings, photos or a description, the location and the dates. A two-minute form, an email or a call.

We study and price it
We review scope, timelines and the documentation required for site health-and-safety coordination (CAE), and send you an offer priced per work package.

We prepare the team and paperwork
We assign our foreman and team, and deliver the CAE documentation before entering the site.

Our foreman runs the works; we certify by actual measurement and you see reports, photos and progress in the client portal.

Every site we run works on software we built ourselves. It is not an extra billed on the side: it is the way we work, and it is what lets us tell you exactly who is on your site and what has been done today.
- QR and GPS clock-in Every clock-in and clock-out is recorded with the time, the location and the GPS accuracy.
- Working-time record Working-time control compliant with RD-ley 8/2019, with the records retained.
- Daily report with photographs The team documents progress on site; the foreman reviews it before it is published.
- Documents and expiry dates PRL (Spanish health-and-safety training), training and certificates with expiry dates and a warning before they run out.
