This policy describes the use of cookies and equivalent storage technologies on jobandskilled.com, in accordance with article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE, Spain's information society services act) and with the guidance of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (the Spanish data protection authority).
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in the visitor's browser. The same rules cover other technologies with equivalent effect, such as local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage).
2. Cookies used by this website
This public website installs no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, whether our own or third-party, and stores nothing in your browser to measure your visits. The fonts are served from our own domain.
Cookie-free audience measurement. To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.). It sets no cookies, does not use browser storage, builds no profiles and does not follow you across other sites. To produce aggregated statistics (page views, country, device type and referring page), your browser sends Cloudflare technical data about the visit, including your IP address, which Cloudflare processes as a data processor. More information in the privacy policy.
Projects and forms. The projects page loads photos and text from our database provider (Supabase), and the forms send the data you type there. This is needed to show you the content or handle your request and uses no cookies.
As no information is stored on or read from your device for analytics or advertising, no consent banner is shown.
3. Storage in the private areas
The restricted-access areas — the client portal and the internal management panel, hosted on our own subdomains — do use local storage in order to keep you signed in. This is storage that is technically necessary to provide the service expressly requested by the user, and is exempt from the consent requirement under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

4. How to manage storage
You can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings. Note that if you block technically necessary storage, the private areas will ask you to sign in again every time a page is reloaded.

5. Changes
If in future we introduce tools that set cookies or read information from your device for analytics or advertising, we will update this policy and first put in place a prior consent mechanism that is granular and revocable.
