How we deliver this service
Included
- Selection of the right profile for the trade and the stage of the works
- Registration with the Seguridad Social (Spanish social security) and a contract under the Convenio de la Construcción (the Spanish construction collective agreement)
- PRL (Spanish health-and-safety training), training and medical-fitness records controlled digitally
- Time recording by QR and GPS, available for the coordinación de actividades empresariales (statutory inter-company safety coordination)
- A single point of contact in our office
Not included
- Hiring out workers for another company to direct: that is temporary work agency (ETT) activity and we do not do it
- Direct employment of the worker by your company while the service is running
Legal framework
JOB AND SKILLED, S.L. is not a temporary work agency (ETT). We provide construction services and specialised subcontracting under Ley 32/2006, de 18 de octubre (Spain’s act regulating subcontracting in the construction sector). Our people work under our organisation, our direction and with our means, and are employed and registered by us. Activity registered under CNAE 43.60 (intermediation for specialised construction services).
