Publish an opportunityThis is not a notice board. JOB & SKILLED contracts the work with whoever publishes it and subcontracts the work packages to registered, verified suppliers. One point of contact, a clear contract and the documentation the law requires.
Every supplier and publisher registers and our office reviews their details and documents before giving full access.
Before an opportunity is offered to suppliers, the office checks that the description, scope and location are complete.
Verified suppliers quote the work packages to JOB & SKILLED; we present our offer to the client and, if awarded, sign the relevant contracts.

Yes. We will ask for the documents that apply to self-employed workers (for example, RETA registration). If you have no employees, you do not need to register in the REA.
It depends on how you work with us and on the site. See our supplier documents page. Documents are uploaded from the app or your personal link, never by email.
A person in our office reviews every document and the application. They may approve it, ask for more information or reject it, giving the reason. "Verified" means our office has reviewed it; it is not a compliance certificate.
Today we contact you directly when there is work in your trade and area. The works board in the app, with photos, measurements and deadlines, is coming soon.

Yes. While publishing from the app is in development, send us the project with the quote form and we will study it.

No. Works are assigned according to trade, area, availability, valid documentation and price.
JOB & SKILLED compares the offers from verified suppliers, presents its offer to the client and, if the client accepts, signs the relevant contracts with the client and the supplier.
Not by itself. The contract and payment terms are signed in writing for each project between JOB & SKILLED and each party.
