- Companies that will be hired or subcontracted to work on a construction site must register.
- Self-employed workers with no employees are not required to register. If you hire staff, the obligation changes.
- Registration is handled by the regional labour authority, is valid throughout Spain and lasts three years; it must be renewed before it expires.

Frequently asked questions
What is the JOB & SKILLED works marketplace?
It is how JOB & SKILLED connects the projects we receive from architects, engineers, developers and companies with verified suppliers, subcontractors and self-employed tradespeople. JOB & SKILLED is the contractor and the client's single point of contact.
Who can register as a supplier?
Construction and installation companies, subcontractors, self-employed tradespeople, service providers (cleaning, maintenance…) and materials suppliers. We review every registration before approving it.
Can self-employed people register?
Yes. We will ask for the documents that apply to self-employed workers (for example, RETA registration). If you have no employees, you do not need to register in the REA.
Which documents do I need?
It depends on how you work with us and on the site. See our supplier documents page. Documents are uploaded from the app or your personal link, never by email.
How does JOB & SKILLED verify accounts?
A person in our office reviews every document and the application. They may approve it, ask for more information or reject it, giving the reason. "Verified" means our office has reviewed it; it is not a compliance certificate.
How can I find work?
Today we contact you directly when there is work in your trade and area. The works board in the app, with photos, measurements and deadlines, is coming soon.
How do I submit an offer?
For now, by replying to the price request we send you. Sending and tracking offers in the app is coming soon.
Can I publish a project as an architect?
Yes. While publishing from the app is in development, send us the project with the quote form and we will study it.
Can developers publish projects?
Yes, and so can builders, engineering firms, property managers and owners.
How much does registration cost?
The applicable terms will be shown when you register or announced officially.
Does approval guarantee I will receive projects?
No. Works are assigned according to trade, area, availability, valid documentation and price.
How is a project awarded?
JOB & SKILLED compares the offers from verified suppliers, presents its offer to the client and, if the client accepts, signs the relevant contracts with the client and the supplier.
Does the platform guarantee the contract or payment?
Not by itself. The contract and payment terms are signed in writing for each project between JOB & SKILLED and each party.
Do you already have your documents?
